JOHN GIRARDI: With regard to employment cases, we handle a fairly broad range of clients. Those in the workplace who've suffered discrimination or harassment. Those how because of their particular disabilities are not treated fairly, as the way they should be treated. Those that have made some arrangements or some contract with their employers who have breached that and harmed them in some way.
The employment cases that we handle come from a fairly broad range of individuals. Most of them from other lawyers. Several of our cases also come from previous employment clients. And at least a couple of those cases that have been handled by the firm have come from jurors in former cases in which they heard lawyers here and have them come to the firm to ask them to represent them in their own employment matters.
With respect to any client, at the end of the day, they want to be treated with respect; they want to believe they've had the opportunity to fairly articulate their claims and to understand what the process is about. And I think if we as lawyers do that for our clients they will invariably be pleased with the outcome of the case.
