With his career settlements and verdicts exceeding $1.4 billion to date, Graham B. LippSmith has had great success in a wide variety of cases. Named a Daily Journal "Top Twenty Under 40" at only 31 years-old, Graham has primarily focused his practice on class action, intellectual property, large scale construction defect and business cases, taking on the most powerful companies for more than a decade. Graham recently secured a $550 million dollar settlement on behalf of 12 million Farmers Insurance Exchange subscribers nationwide. Graham has also been serving as one of the twelve members of the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in the In re: NFL Players' Concussion Injury Litigation in which a landmark $765 million settlement is awaiting Court approval.

Graham was admitted in California in 2002 and has since prevailed in dozens of class action and individual cases. Graham then expanded his practice to Hawaii where he is also admitted and now has more than a half dozen class action and individual cases pending. Graham is a regular CLE conference presenter and has received several honors and awards, including California Lawyer's CLAY Award for "Attorney of the Year, Litigation," the #1 Settlement in Verdict Search's "Top 10 Settlements for 2011," two consecutive nominations for CAOC's "Consumer Lawyer of the Year" and Super Lawyers' "Super Lawyer" since 2013 and "Rising Star" from 2004-2012.
